When ten-year-old Olivia goes missing overnight, Detective Fiona Barnes suspects a textbook kidnapping. A tip-off takes her deep into the mysterious forests surrounding the town, where strange events defy easy explanation. Fiona is called in to defend her report and her actions to the department after Olivia’s disappearance does not add up. Putting her integrity above her position she risks her career on her memory of the otherworldly event that took place amongst the pines.
